After interviewing several other realtors a friend gave me Joe's contact information. We need a realtor that was no nonsense, hardworking, and a Subject Matter Expert. Joe was all those tihngs and more. Joe handled our nerves by walking us step by step through the process. Repeating things as needed without strong arming us into anything. He started with giving us his reference to call. He laid out a plan to assist us with preparing the house for the market and kept in constant communication through out the process by talking us through the ins and outs of every aspect. Several of the things Joe provided or suggested: Home Warranty, it is a must! New carpet, window cleaning, a professional and interactive photographer, and 23 new doorknobs. Yes, door knobs. That is the point, Joe understands the "little things" that buyers want, which allows him guide a seller through the process to a positive outcome.

Buying a house is one of the more stressful times in a family's life. Finding a good agent is almost more important than finding the right home. We wanted a house in Greenbriar and no one knows more about selling homes in this neighborhood than Joe. He has lived in the neighborhood for over 20 years and has extensive knowledge of the neighborhood, the homes and the people who live here. Joe was attentive to our needs and wants, offered great advice and always negotiated with our best interest in mind. However, he always told us that we made the final decisions and never strong armed us into anything. We weren't the easiest clients because we were impatient and nervous but Joe talked us through all the details and pitfalls and the entire process was outstanding.
