He made excellent recommendations about our home that would maximize its sale price, and recommended several craftsmen who could quickly accomplish the necessary work at a fair price. Joe was always available -- by phone, email, or in person at all hours -- to answer questions and look after our concerns. He always did so with humor and never seemed bothered by our questions. He also went "above and beyond" what you might expect of a sales agent by helping us with the disposal of some items we decided not to move to our new home.Within three days of our home going on the market, we had numerous contracts on our house!
