May is the consummate professional. Right from the beginning she explained the home-selling and home-buying process thoroughly. She gave us realistic expectations on what we would sell our house for instead of over-promising to gain our business. Her team was able to stage our home and take professional pictures around our schedule. The effort paid off as we only had one private showing and an offer on the table. We received very personalized service. May was there for all appointments with inspectors and contractors. My husband and I have very busy work schedules and she took the time to let in contractors to complete negotiated repairs which in turn kept escrow on schedule. The process of selling our home was one of our smoothest transactions to date (We previously sold one home before). We also turned to May to represent us with the purchasing of our replacement home. With the various websites that lists homes on the market, it is easy to think that you can be your own real estate agent. Yes, you can create a long list of homes and attend open houses but, you won't be able to find out the inside details without a trusted agent. May was able to find out whether a home had multiple offers and what offer would likely beat out others. She was able to find out why certain transactions fell out of escrow or why a property had been on the market for so long. These are important factors in finding that "home" because it could give you great leverage in making an offer. May was great in negotiating our offer to make sure we felt comfortable. She was always in direct communication with the other agent and with our lending officer to make sure there would not be any problems that could not be solved. Even after we moved in to our new home, May still continues to be a point of contact if we have any issues with our First Year Home Warranty. She has done a great job troubleshooting issues we have had regarding repairs. I would not hesitate to recommend May to my friends and family. If we ever decide to move again, May will be my first call.

I had the pleasure to work with Mike and LC to sell my home. They were an awesome team to work with. My husband and I needed to sell ASAP during a busy holiday month. We thought it was going to be a long process due to the holidays and thought no one would want to work with us at that time. Then, Mike and LC came to the rescue! They got our listing up and running in no time, and after one open house we had multiple offers to choose from. Once we were in escrow they were constantly keeping us updated via text and email (our preference) and all paperwork was signed electronically. Not once did I or my husband have to leave work early, in fact on a few occasions LC or Mike came by our home to get what they needed. They truly work with you and around your schedule. We met Michael in an open house when we were researching for the house market and location. We told him that we were only looking and were deciding to get our home next year but he still talked to us and gave us tips about how the market is right now. A few weeks later, we contacted him and was ready to show us potential homes. Unfortunately, we had some issues (not related to Michael but as first-time home buyers) so we decided to take a little break. When we were finally ready, Michael was already ahead of us and he knew what we wanted right away. We had so many requests but he negotiated all of it and more.
