This was our first home purchase and we just so happen to meet Brenda by pure luck and it was the best thing to ever happen to us. From the day we met her she was there for us, her and her team are the best you can ask for. Brenda was on top of it! The minute we sent her a listing she had us signing authorizations to go see it and it would be as soon as the same day or whatever worked best with our schedule. She is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable, trustworthy and honest, she gave us great feedback, advice and insight. She really became a friend, we spent many weekends with her through all our long and rigorous process of finding a home but she never let us give up, always had a great attitude and always motivated us to keep our eye on the prize and we finally did find a home in this crazy market. She is exceptional, extremely professional, walked us through everything, explained the process and made it as simple as possible. I would highly recommend her to everyone, you will always feel like you have someone in your corner and you will not be disappointed.

There are so many things to be said about Grant and our experience. For starters we were extremely lucky to have him as our Agent and our confidant. From day one Grant grabbed us with his charm, character, and personality. Being first time home buyers, we had no idea what to expect from the process, let alone an agent. Grant seemed more like a friend and someone you could trust and rely on. Being buyers in what was the current market in the middle of 2021, our times were stressful, exciting, and exhausting all at the same time. Grant was there from start to finish through the good times and bad. Guiding us, supporting us, and keeping us abreast every step of the way. After what seemed like a whole year that went by, with numerous offers and countless tours, Grant finally closed in on our first nest egg. We fell in love at first sight and Grant did everything in his power to make it happen. Here we are today in our beautiful humble abode!
