Talib was independently recommended by 2 friends.My experience with other agents is that they listen (or not) to your house selection criteria and set up an automated search where you get bombarded daily with mostly irrelevant houses. I had already seen many houses and got tired of not finding what I wanted. When I started working with Talib, my experience was completely different. I shared my criteria with him (which are kind of hard to satisfy simultaneously). Two days later, he shared with me one house, which did check all the boxes. The whole family Iiked it. We put an offer on it and started the process. Talib made it easier by being responsive and on top of everything. Talib responds to questions/requests within minutes most of the time. By the time we close, the whole process will have taken about 40 days.I don't think the overall experience could have been better. I do strongly recommend Talib.
