Trevor is about as dedicated an agent as it can get. This man spends all hours of the day and night making sure your transaction goes through as smooth as humanly possible. We just closed on our first house and the entire time during the process (looking for a home, making 2 offers, and finally closing) Trevor was right there every step of the way going above and beyond for us. Not only did he successfully negotiate the sale price down considerably, he also negotiated the sellers covered 3.5% closing costs AND a brand new roof for us before closing. He cared so much he didn't budge on the roof, even though my husband and I were worried it might scare the sellers away... he didn't let that happen. He did not want us to worry about replacing the roof in the first couple years in our first home. Why did he do that? Simply because he is a kind man who doesn't mind putting in the extra hours to make our experience perfect. He also answered his phone every time I needed him and answered every question I had, even if it wasn't in his scope of expertise he always pointed me in the direction of where to find my answer. I literally couldn't recommend anyone better for the job to help you find your home or sell your house, Trevor cares about your interests and investment as if it were his own. I will definitely use him in the future when it comes time to move on.

Trevor listed our house for us and we could not have been any happier throughout the entire process! I was beyond stressed with everything I had to do while getting ready to move to another country, but Trevor had everything under control and helped to keep me relaxed through the process while still keeping us informed. I have a tendency to be a high maintenance client and he never once seemed annoyed or irritated at all my questions, clarifications, texts and phone calls. He went way above and beyond his job to help us out when we were unable to get back to the house and the driveway needed to be hosed down before the next day's showings. He came over early in the morning and brought a hose with him after hearing I had already given ours away to make sure it was done. That was such a nice thing to do and definitely not in his job description! Trevor got us top dollar for our house and we are so happy we chose him to sell it. I am recommending Trevor to everyone I know! He is a very skilled negotiator, an ethical real estate agent, a kind and compassionate person and a really nice guy!
