Carlos is very responsive via email and text messages. His visual presentations of the comps of properties I was interested in was very easy to look at. He is very tech savvy and sent me an app where I could select the properties I wanted to view and he was able to arrange the showings. Carlos was great at negotiating my purchase during a seller's market. He used recent comps to show the seller's agent that my offer was a fair price and the selling agent trying to get a higher offer wasn't reasonable. My offer was accepted and I closed within 23 days. Everything went very smoothly and I'm enjoying my new home. He also helped me sell my condo in a rapidly shifting market from a seller's market with low interest rates to one where buyers were becoming very hesitant. His use of professional photography and videos was excellent in marketing the property. He communicated with buyers with challenging situations including a low ball offer where the buyer was asking for too many concessions from me as a seller. Thankfully, the property was sold to a different buyer and both me as the seller and they buyer were happy.
