Tanya is a great personal friend- but we wanted to work with her on both the sale of our home and purchase of another as we knew she would manage the process with the utmost professionalism and attention to detail. I was nervous at the thought of selling our home and buying the new one in the middle of Covid. We also had to act fast as we wanted this specific house with a great yard and many others in the community were eyeing it too. She started right out of the gates with suggestions for us that helped us secure the new home quickly, and at a good price. She helped us prep the current home and get it listed quickly, as we needed to sell it fast. We received 3 offers on the same day which brought us so much comfort and confidence. Tanya joined us at every meeting and walked the new home with us multiple times to make sure it was ready on time and in perfect condition. She worked with us closely on the lending side of the process too and jumped in to help when we found that they had made some errors. There were many calls and texts in between the whole process and she always reassured us that we made a great decision and it would all work out. It did, and we are super happy in the new home. I can't say enough about how easy this all was. I'd be remiss if I didn't mention too that she has a great eye for design and is always offering great tips for on trends looks and styles. She truly has our best interest at heart, always.

I would HIGHLY recommend working with Tanya Auerbach and her team at the Seay Group. Finding a house with her was like finding a house with your best friend! She listened, told the truth when you needed to hear it, helped me stay within budget, but also kept my standards HIGH so I didn't just settle for anything. The home we are currently living in we loved so much, we pulled over as we were driving away and called Tanya telling her we wanted to make an offer. She dropped everything as to make sure we were priority and held our hand during every step of the way helping us feel at ease, and confident our offer would be accepted. It's turning out to be our dream home and couldn't have asked for a better experienced. She was incredibly professional but yet her casual and friendly demeanor made it a joy to look at houses with her. A big shout out to Tanya Auerbach. Finding and buying a house in todays market is not an easy and/or stress-free task. It is a lot harder when youre buying long distance and only had a few hours to meet with a realtor and look at a few available houses to provide an idea of what we wanted in our new home. Tanya was not only personable and professional she demonstrated the ability to listen and understand the criteria we expected our new home to meet. Her confidence, understanding and eye for detail helped relieve a lot of stress in finding the right home. The minute a house that met our criteria came on the market, Tanya moved quick to get out to the house and take us through a FaceTime/Zoom walk thru in which she provided observations and input painting a clear picture of what we were seeing . Once we found the right house Tanya negotiated in our best interests and continued to work hard through the entire process to include making sure repairs were fair and completed before closing. Tanya was awesome and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND her to anyone looking to purchase a home. Believe me, you wont regret it.
