My husband and I worked with Stephen when looking for our first house together in Kettering, Ohio. It was an amazing experience! My husband and I were about 6 months from our wedding and living in different states at that time. Stephen was able to work around hectic schedules since my husband was unable to be in this area all the time to look at houses. Stephen always responded quickly to phone calls and texts and did everything possible to get us into houses we wanted to see, as quickly as possible. Once we found our house, he helped us understand everything since neither of us had any experience buying a house. He made everything easy to understand and walked us through it, step by step. When it comes time to sell this house or buy another, we will most definitely work with Stephen again. He goes above and beyond and truly cares about the people he works with.

Stephen is great, no wait...AWESOME ! He sold my home in less than 2 weeks for 100% of the list price :-) He comes highly recommended online (Zillow, Angieslist, etc.) and I just want to reinforce that fact because, it is true. I rarely take the time to fill out these survey/customer satisfactions things but I really felt Stephen earned it with me. He went over and beyond my expectations supplying the experience, professionalism, and integrity I was looking for in a real estate agent. Stephen helped me navigate through the stresses and confusion of selling my home. I was very impressed with his extensive knowledge in all aspects of real estate.
