We had an all around amazing experience with him. And that says a lot because we have has plenty of horrible experiences with realtors. He was very reliable and helpful. And most of all he was trustworthy. Previous realtors, we could tell they just wanted to make a sale. You couldnt ever fully trust their opinion because they just wanted to get it over with and make the commission. Jeff is not like that in any way. He truly has your best interest in mind even if that means looking a lot more and spending more time with you. When there was an issue with the seller right before closing he stayed up wel past midnight making calls and meeting people to resolve it on time and of course he came through. He was suggested to us along with several other people and we are extremely thankful to have gone with him.

We worked with Jeff to both sell our house and find a new home. I felt we had a very difficult house to sell, but Jeff didnt back down from the challenge. Jeff made some really good suggestions in order to sell the house as quickly as possible. We staged it, had a professional photographer take pictures, and made all the changes and touch-ups that Jeff wanted us to make. Ultimately we accepted an offer on our house in three days. Obviously that scenario doesnt happen every time, but we felt Jeff had a great deal to do with how well the selling process went. Jeff was a great communicator and always kept us in the loop (even when my husband and I werent on the same page). He was thorough and both my husband and I felt he had our best interests in mind all the time. We bought a house with his help and that went just as well. We couldnt have had a better experience. We would absolutely work with Jeff again to both buy and sell a house. I trust him to give us excellent advice and we have already referred him to family and friends. Thanks, Jeff!

They are in constant communication, sending checklists and recommendations for staging the house and getting the best photography and descriptions of the home. Then there is the knowledge of the market. They understand it and adjust accordingly. We sold our house this past October, interest rates at all-time high and covid housing market over. Concerning right? Well, their knowledge and understanding of the market allowed us to get more than we expected in the sale! But that's not all. 1.5 weeks before closing, our fridge leaked and we had to file an insurance claim. Jeff Probst Group stepped in and recommended a flooring guy, a drywall guy, handled all communication with the buyer - for a month! That's a month of work after the house was sold and they didn't skip a beat. This is where they truly set themselves apart from others. They truly care about their buyers and sellers.
