I am a real estate investor, and own a total of 10 rental units. I started working with Terra in early 2013. I?ve purchased 3 houses with Terra in that time. Two of them were investment properties that she helped me get a ridiculous deal on. The third house was my and my new wife?s first house together that we bought last August when we got married. Not only did we get another stellar deal on this new house, but we had a problem?while I was going to rent my old house out, my wife?s house needed to sale fairly quickly because we were going to have two house payments. Within a week of getting the contract on the new house, Terra had my wife?s old house under contract, and we never had to make a double house payment! There are a few things that have set Terra apart from other realtors for me. First, is the speed at which she responds and executes. Realtors are busy all day talking to clients, taking phone calls, in meetings, and it?s hard to get them on the phone sometimes. If terra can?t talk she will text me immediately and let me know that she?s in a meeting, or will call in 15 minutes, etc. Secondly, she has professional photos taken of the houses she lists for clients?on Her Dime! Finally, she doesn?t wait for things to happen, she makes them happen. When Terra sold my wife?s house, it wasn?t getting a lot of attention after it was first listed. Although the house ultimately sold to a buyer on the MLS, about half of the people that wanted to see the house were Terra?s own contacts or new clients. I?ve been very impressed and happy with the service Terra has provided, and I?ll continue to buy many more investment properties with her! -Eric Payne
