Kim and her team are amazing! I honestly believe everything happens in God's perfect timing, but we were getting very discouraged, our contract was running out and we were considering calling it quits. Kim remained optimistic the entire time and never gave up. We were ecstatic to go under contract on the last day of the contract. Everything was going great until a few days before closing. The sweet family purchasing our home was relocating and had a few delays in the process. Kim and Virginia stayed on top of everything and kept us informed with updates on a daily basis. Marty had helped us find the perfect home for our family. He was constantly working with the sellers of the house we were buying to keep them informed of the delays so we didn't lose the house. So many things could have gone wrong, but didn't because of the expertise of Kim and her team. We worked with everyone on her team at some point during the process and they were all great. I truly cannot express just how much we appreciate this team. I definitely will recommend them to anyone I know that is considering buying or selling a house. Thank you Kim and team for all you did for us. We are loving our new home
