Scottie was very patient with me it took me over 6 months and a lot of listings to find my perfect second home. Her attention to details and honestly about what she saw is what sold me on purchasing a home through her. See, I had to depend on Scottie to show me homes via video as I live in VA. She did not sway me one way or the other just gave me the facts in what she saw that I couldnt see in the video. When I did make up my mind she fought for the best deal. She was with me throughout the buying and closing process. See I was out of the country when I closed. Scottie was at the purchased property to make sure everything was in order before I transferred the funds for purchase. With, yes a video of what the house looked like before closing. Thank you Scottie for providing a stress free home buying experience. Oh and when my lender that I chose turned out to be from the black market. Scottie recommended a few others I got to choose from. With a promise I would close in 10 days. Well it took about 15 which I thought was impressive- Scottie bless her heart still held the loan guy to his word. A-Z house hunting agent she is. She goes to bat for her clients. I am loving my new home in Columbia SC.
