Shannon and her team are highly capable, knowledgeable, and effective. Shannon and Summer expertly guided us through our home purchase, and were skilled at anticipating issues and challenges before they occurred. What I also appreciated was that they left us out of the "behind the curtain" communications with the seller's agent, which is a true hallmark of professionalism and was a stress reducer for us. They were highly communicative and answered any questions we had within hours. They know the local Long Beach area market very well. They are very coordinated within their team and we always felt we were in good hands with their entire team. The Shannon Jones Team was AWESOME! The entire process of selling our house was great but three things really stuck out with us. 1) You get 3 realtors for the price of one. You not only get Shannon but you get her team (Brad and Kay). All 3 are very knowledgeable and were great to work with. 2) You never have to guess what is happening. There is constant communication, weekly updates, and questions answered promptly. They are with you the entire process and you always know what to expect. 3) Shannon never pressures you to make a decision. She gives you sound advice and suggestions but always ends with you need to decide with what will make you happy. The decision is always yours and Shannon doesnt pressure you. Those are the 3 that stand out but there are so many others such as knowledge of real estate contracts, friendly personality, marketing skills, hard work ethic just to name a few. This was our first time selling a house and we interviewed 3 realtors and it is without reservation that I say Shannon is the best out there. She did everything that she said she would. The Shannon Jones Team will be my realtors for life!
