Happy that our friends referred us to you! We planned, we saved, and we tried to be as prepared as we could for when it came time to buy a house. But things happen, especially in 2020 where we share a world with Coronavirus. If youre a first time homebuyer it can be really overwhelming and intimidating the amount of people and paperwork that goes into buying a house. What we will say about our experience with Crystal is that she will be fighting in your corner from the moment she meets you and beyond the closing table. She is straightforward, transparent, and puts her clients first. She wears many hats and isn?t the ?not my department? kind of person. If there is anything you?re not clear on or anything you have questions about, she will make sure to clarify, make sure your mind is at ease, and she?ll get you answers and results. When obstacles or delays were thrown our way in regards to our new construction home, Crystal didn?t put down her phone until the right people were contacted and resolutions were in place. She threw on the gloves and was working hard for us at all hours of the day and night. So, while our buying experience wasn?t perfect (is it ever?), or traditional, our experience with Crystal was 100% excellent, perfect, phenomenal! 5 stars!
