Selling and Buying When you are selling your house and trying to purchase another, things don't always go as they should. Over the years, I have tried to give people I know who are real estate agents, a chance to sell our house or find us another one. This time was going to be hard and very different. I was introduced to a complete stranger real estate agent, Abe Novy. He had been associated with my youngest son through automobile adventures and he seemed like a nice guy, one that could get the job done. Summing up a long story, he was the best man for a tough job. Two houses! One we were selling at the time, and we needed to purchase another. Double chaos. It doesn't always have to be that way. Abe was a thorough agent, on top of the sale of our house, and spending time with us for finding another. "Many" things started happening and it was a back-and-forth situation. I thought to myself, there is no better person to be doing this job than Abe. He was always on our side through good and bad times. The house we were selling, went to the right people. And through a lot of tears and happiness, we were able to obtain, the house we wanted to purchase from the beginning. It all worked out at the end, just like magic. If you want an agent, there are thousands to pick from, but there is only one who's name is Abe Novy. He will give you undivided attention, and he is a compassionate, and caring man. He has a heart that gives and makes sure his clients are always taken care of. The most knowledgeable and intuitive real estate agent, I have ever met. A great advisor, research individual, and last but not least, a friend, who wants only the best for you. We certainly got that. The house we purchased, is going to go down as my favorite house of all time. Abe knew what we needed and how to sell the other one. Never hesitate, to look for a realtor. Abe is your man. As I tell him all the time, you are my hero!
