Eric is the best agent I have ever had, and I believe he is the best agent I could have ever asked for. Let me tell you why..... I am a very picky person, think/worry too much, hard to make decisions and easy to get anxiety/depression. Due to our tight schedule and unique situation, we looked over 70+ houses within only 3 weeks, and often gave him the house's list at the very last moment. Eric always accomplished the job, showing the houses from Riverside, Fullerton to Torrance, from L.A., Irvine to Laguna Niguel. We often looked at 15+ houses in one afternoon, and he never showed any tiredness, lost any patience, or pushed me to make any offer.A Even when I made a low ball offer, he never rejected my request. When I wanted to overbid a house, he always suggested a fair market price that was in my best interest. After making 12+ offers, I finally landed a deal. But I still have tons of questions and concerns during the escrow process. I worried about every problem on home inspection ... I kept my eyes on any records against a clean title on the preliminary report.... I read every single word on all documents I signed .... I kept asking him the same questions again and again .... I want to make sure everything is on track, and can not tolerate any mistakes .... To deal with a customer like me, Eric is super nice !!! He is truly professional and knowledgeable, so he is able to answer all my questions. He is highly responsible and extremely patient, so he always promptly replied and accepted all my requests to negotiate with the seller. He attended every inspection in person, spotted the defects and discussed with the inspector, read each report thoroughly, and even studied the 200-page HOA document, and then highlighted it for me. When the seller finally handed over the house keys but forgot one of the garage remote controls, he told the seller that she doesn't have to come back and that he will find one for me. Also, he rekeyed the house keys, reprogrammed the remote control immediately so I can feel safe to move in. He is so caring and looks after anyone around him. In short words, he is a person with honesty, sincerity and integrity!A I see him now not only as an agent but a good friend from the bottom of my heart! Thank you, Eric!
