I would refer Brett Knybel with Keller Williams Real Estate to anyone looking to purchase or sell a house. My FiancA(C), Ashley, and I just recently used Brett as our real estate agent to help us find our first house. While originally I chose to work with Brett based on being childhood friends, I soon realized that the basis for hiring Brett went far beyond friendship. From the first home purchase consultation with Mr. Knybel, I was unbelievably impressed at his knowledge of the real estate market and home buying process. Brett walked Ashley and me through each step of the home buying process while displaying unwavering professionalism. Soon after our consultation with Brett, we were viewing houses. If you are purchasing a house with Brett, he will get you set up on his Keller Williams smart phone app and the MLS to send you properties each day that fit your criteria (i.e. square footage, # of rooms, ect.). This was very exciting for Ashley and me as we looked forward viewing houses new to the market. Ashley and I would then send our list of houses we wanted to view to Brett. Brett worked diligently to get the open houses scheduled while working around mine and Ashleys very tight schedule. Additionally, Brett was always very easy to get a hold of via text or phone calls and we would have constant communication throughout the day if wished. Within six days of our home search, Ashley and I had already made an offer on a house (which was almost disappointing because we were having such a good time viewing houses with Brett!). Brett was up until almost midnight on a Friday night writing up our offer for the house so we could present it with the other offers the following day. For personal reasons, Ashley and I backed out of the offer after we had it accepted. While this came as a surprise to Brett, he was very patient and understanding and we were back to the drawing board. (For the sole purpose of holding the current readers attention, I will wrap this review up, as I could write pages of good experiences with Brett as an agent, however, do not want to lose your attention). Long story short, soon after our first offer, Brett had us set up to make another offer. The second offer went through and Ashley and I are very excited to move in our new home! We were very impressed with the great work of Brett! As this mini thesis explains, Brett Knybel is an intelligent, innovative, professional, and inspired real estate agent. Brett will have a long and successful career in real estate and will help many clients buy and sell houses. If you are in the market to purchase or sell a house I strongly recommend you consider hiring Brett to be your real estate agent.
