My husband and I had quite the roller coaster during our home buying and selling process (we did both at the same time). Long story short, we had a home under contract with a close date, so we sold our house. The day of closing, the sellers backed out and we were back to square one, except this time, we were under a deadline to get out of our house. Heather worked tirelessly to find houses and get us into those houses quickly (some we were in the same day they were listed). I literally bothered Heather every single day for like 4 months. She was amazing the entire time; completely understanding and is definitely a go-getter! She would do anything we needed ASAP and stayed on top of the different sellers we worked with. Always followed up on outstanding items and ensured everything was handled - she killed it with negotiations between the parties. She can be firm when she needs to be. She definitely will work for you and keep your best interests at the forefront of everything. Absolutely amazing woman!!
