Without a doubt, Cedric Stewart is a top notch Realtor. I recently sold my condo in Arlington VA and worked with Cedric to get the sale done during a slow period in the year and we still came in with a stronger sale price than expected with fewer days on the market than average for the area. Not to mention that right as we were getting ready to sell, my job sent me on an assignment out of the country and Cedric had to coordinate repairs done to the unit and movers to remove the furniture for staging while I was away. He really came along on the house sale journey with my partner and I and was right there in the trenches with us each step of the way. And when I say the trenches, I mean he even got his hands a little dirty and came through when we needed it the most by helping to get make sure the move went smoothly while we were out of the country. Finding a good agent can be difficult, especially given how active this market is and in general you need to find someone that you mesh well with. My previous experiences with real estate agents had been somewhat mixed and I was being a bit more selective about my choice this time around. I was looking for someone that I could trust and that would not treat me like another customer in the revolving door of sales. I was browsing through homes and came across one in my target neighborhood that Cedric recently sold. I read his reviews and thought he would be worth giving a call. Cedric did not disappoint. First, he responded to my inquiry quickly via email and set up a conference call the same day. When we spoke, we had a thorough conversation about what I was interested in and right away he provided insight and he ?showed up? for the conversation. I left the call immediately with a great impression and he continued to ?show up? through the process. I don?t know how he gets any sleep, he?s accessible and responsive and on the grind. He immediately scheduled time to visit the unit and we did a walk-through of the space to determine what needed to be done to make the sale happen. We made an action plan and set out a strategy. He even brought in some people from his team to help come up with a staging design that would maximize the appeal of the house. And his photographer for the listing photos did an outstanding job. To be honest, I?d say I was a tough customer because I have high standards for those that I do business with and my sudden move out of the country added a layer of complexity to the process. But Cedric handled it cool as a cucumber with style and professionalism. He is both likable and knowledgeable bring his years of experience to your advantage. I would highly recommend working with Cedric Stewart on your home sale or purchase. If nothing else, do what I did after reading his reviews, just give him a call.
