I am so thankful to one of KW agents in MA to have referred me to Dana Scanlon for my home purchase needs in the Greater DC area. Right from our first conversation, the FOCUS from Dana was always on MY NEEDS keeping in clear view not only my budget, but more importantly the home I previously lived in so she could relate to what I was/ would be looking for when doing this inter-state move. As an example, when I requested her to write an offer for a condo (without seeing it in person), Dana was quick to point that since I lived on a wooded single-family house, had a big yard, neighbors spaced out and I that liked suburb living, condos were probably not for me and she was spot on. Dana and her team were very patient through out the various house showings we went into and to my questions, which speaks a ton about the professionalism and the approach she takes to serve the clients. Responsiveness and over-communication is one thing I believe should exist in all relationships, and Dana was right up there, ever responsive and over-communicating so we keep in sync and don't miss a beat. Besides, the team she has built to provide the clients end-to-end service right from selecting the property to meeting the mortgage needs to closing, works like a charm.
