We met Pat through neighbors and due to his knowledge of the area we were looking to purchase in, chose him to be our realtor. As first time home buyers the process seemed daunting, but Pat walked us through how the process would go and was available to answer our (many) questions. My husband and I greatly appreciated his knowledge, patience, and advice. Pat was able to provide us with a list of reliable home inspectors and companies to use throughout the home buying process. Upon finding our dream home, we dealt with some communication challenges from our loan processor. Pat helped guide us through these challenges and we were able to close on our home. We used the Columbus Team to both sell our current home and help us purchase our new home. When it came to selling our old home, they were like a SWAT team. They began by evaluating our home and making excellent recommendations on what we could do to both improve our prospects of selling our home quickly as well as getting the best offer for our home. We followed their advice and everything that they predicted came true and more. Our brochure, photos and overall presentation was head and shoulders better than any of the houses we were looking at to buy. We sold our home in just two days on the market. We had an over-asking-price offer. And because of what the team had us do, the offer was as-is (no remedy). The team staged our house perfectly. Just do what they tell you and you will be amazed. They also acted as our agents in finding our new home. We were very concerned about finding the right property in the current competitive market. But we actually found the perfect place for us. It met all our needs and then some. The Columbus Teams network of professionals was also amazing. Everyone they recommended to us (mortgage, title, home inspector, etc) were top notch. This firm is simply the best. My aunt referred us and I cant wait to refer someone else to the Columbus Team so that they will discover how good it can be to have true professionals on your side as you navigate the tricky worlds of buying and selling a home.
