Unresponsive and Unprofessional aEUR" Do Not Recommend Dakota My experience with Dakota, the listing agent for a home we were trying to purchase, was nothing short of frustrating. Throughout the entire process, she was completely unresponsive. Phone calls went unanswered, messages were never returned, and we were left in the dark during critical points of the transaction. As buyers, we expected a basic level of communication, especially when dealing with something as important as purchasing a home. Unfortunately, Dakota made what should have been an exciting process incredibly stressful by failing to provide updates or respond to simple questions. If youre looking for an agent who communicates effectively and handles the process professionally, I would strongly advise against working with Dakota. Her lack of communication and engagement made this process far more difficult than it needed to be. Save yourself the headache and choose someone who will actually manage the sale responsibly.

When looking for new homes, she is quickly in touch with listing agents and gets us in for showings typically within 24 hours or less, which makes a huge difference in such a competitive market. With selling our home, Dakota goes above and beyond to track down leads, make timely follow up, and share feedback. I know she has other clients, but Dakota's personal attention makes you feel like she is only working with you. Dakota truly treats her clients as friends. She is honest, hard working, has a spot-on knowledge for the South Shore market, and is definitely dependable! She listens to and respects the needs of her clients and exudes patience and positivity. I will highly recommend Dakota to any friends or family that are looking to sell or buy a home!
