I would absolutely recommend Michael Prather. We were relocating from out of state and were not sure where in Lexington we would want to call home. Having a 10th grader made that decision a bit more tricky. We met with Michael after a few emails and phone calls. Michael puts you at ease immediately, he is very professional but easy to get along with. His attention to detail, knowledge of the local area and the way our needs were taken into consideration sets him apart. He worked diligently to find the right home for us. His great negotiation skills and the ability to interact with all personalities makes him an asset to the home buyer. The whole process from start to closing was made much easier working with Michael and the Prather team who were always in contact with us with reminders of what was needed to be done. Michael always had an answer to our many questions or would have one asap. I would not hesitate to recommend Michael.
