My husband and I have worked with Melia as a buyer and as a seller. Melia helped us buy our second home this Fall. She responded immediately (late in the night) when we submitted our interest in a few properties. She was prompt in meeting us at all times when we checked out the houses we liked and had all the necessary information about them. Melia is highly responsive and gets back to us with the right answers to all our queries. She is highly committed and takes real interest to get us the right home we are looking for. We had a problem come up during the home inspection on one of the properties we really loved and Melia ensured she took every step to get it addressed. She made the necessary calls to the necessary people to come take a look at it, go back the sellers with the professional's opinion and made sure they understood what the actual problem was. She was very supportive of our request and was firm they should be addressed before we proceeded further. We had a very tough situation during the day of closing our current home and Melia went above and beyond to make everything was taken care of and we could close on that day. Melia also helped us rent our previous home after we moved. She gave us highly valuable suggestions for improvements and we were able to very quickly (less than 2 weeks) rent the house out. Melia is very patient and extremely committed. It was indeed a pleasure working with her for over 3 months when we constantly felt that she was always taking real interest to help us buy and rent/sell. I would by all means recommend Melia Hord to be your realtor!
