Not recommendation Amy for you, let's I tell about our experiment with her. 1. She was our buy agent, but she was on the sell side more than us because she wanted the seller get high price then she can big commission. 2. She is not a responsible person as she promised. Before, the settlement, we walked to see the house with her, there was broken part in the bathroom. We told her that, then she told us that she will let the seller know then the seller will fix or repair for the part. At the settlement, she didn't mentioned about that to the seller, then I told her to bring this happen to the seller, she kind of ignored it. 3. Carefully to bring your husband to see the house with her because she will contact your husband private without let you know. She will contact your husband to push him to buy the house and doesn't care your decision. Here is detail:My husband and I went to see house with her, and we offer that house. We counter back and forth for the second time, then we would like to stop the counter because the seller didn't accept our offer. She knew that I didn't continue the offer; then she contacted my husband and ask him to continue the counter. 4. Carefully when you do inspection because if the house has problem or not, she will tell the seller that the house doesn't have the problem. We had so much stressful with this agent, and with her experience. I am not RECOMMENDATION this agent for everyone; there are a lot of great agents out there that you can trust and work with them. DON'T TAKE this agent to make you more stressful to your life.
