Gina helped us sell our former home and purchase new land to build. She was patient with us while we decided for over a year to move forward with our sale and purchase. Our home was priced just right and we got an offer within the first 24 hours of listing. Our land purchase was a bit difficult and Gina went to town hall and to planning board meetings on her own time to expedite the issues causing our delays. She is extremely knowledgeable about the market, pricing strategy, home staging and home updates. Gina is a tough negotiator and is fair to both parties. She provids a realistic picture to her clients so that expectations are met. GIna's professional, nice and fun to work with. Selling and buying is one of the most stressful life events. It was refreshing that Gina understood that and tried to take as much stress off of us as she could. She goes above and beyond for her clients. Highly recommend her to future clients.

Aggressively kind, down to business and a guardian angel. Coming from a person with zero experience and knowledge with real-estate, i left each open house with gina a master. She has prior experience as a contractor and it made all the difference. She knew the in's and outs, what to avoid and what makes the house a solid choice. she listens to your wants and needs then exceeds them both.. honestly my house has been a blessing beyond belief.. we ran around 2 years trying to find houses.. TWO YEARS! and not once did she tire out or give in.. i know i did but because I'm too picky haha. its been 2 years now since my purchase and she's still very attentive. Even after her job was done she still helped answer many questions and kinda almost hold my hand till i got a handle on the house. My experience with gina not only saved me tons of money by helping me negotiate with my seller, but opened my eyes to many things i didn't know when looking for that perfect home.
