Cindy was available at my beckon call, any question or concern I had she had an answer or solution and her network is amazing! I couldn't have made the journey to home ownership without my Keller-Williams real estate agent Cindy Rack. She saw me through the crazy joyous, stressful roller coaster ride of searching for my perfect home (which I am happy to say we found!). I am so blessed that I met her at exactly the right time.I once told her "I bet you didn't know when you took me on you would also have to function as my counselor/therapist." She said, "Mary Beth that's 90% of my job." She commiserated with me through the disappointments, nudged me when I needed a nudge (and sometimes needed a fire lit under my butt! ??), talked me off the ledge when I panicked, and always always always, had my best interests at heart and advocated (and still does) for me. She gave me excellent advice about a sewer inspection (note to potential clients, if Cindy tells you to do something, DO IT!) that literally saved me thousands of dollars. And when we finally found THE house and I got that call from Cindy that my offer was accepted, she joined me in happy tears.When Cindy is your real estate agent, you know she is your advocate and will always make sure your best interests are being served. She is not afraid to speak up and tell her clients or the seller's agent if she feels something is not being handled properly.

Cindy was referred to me by my parents who didn't use her as her agent, but were so impressed with her on the buyers side of a recent home they sold that they recommended her to me! Buying and selling homes are very stressful. I have been through two buys and a sell, I wish I would have had Cindy through all of them. She made it so easy for me in my busy life by walking me through paperwork (that I was able to do online) and talking to me through text and phone calls. She was able to sell my first home offering me advise when I needed it though her own personal buying/selling expertise. When I finally met her at my closing she greeted me with a hug and both myself and the buyer were just thrilled with the whole experience.
