Jody was a real trooper. She helped us sell our home at a time when the market was unforgiving and the buyers were unbearable. Jody stayed cool and calm throughout and helped us get it done. We had so much riding on our sale and Jody was realistic and delivered. Rather than tell us what we wanted to hear (which would've cost us the sale because we were initially unrealistic in our expectations), Jody's knowledge of the market and the industry as well as her connections and relationships with others in the industry really shined through and she made our house sell! In the end, I have to say that while the process was terrible, there was little that she could do to prevent our sale from being as difficult as it was, and Jody never wavered. Thank you Jody - it really means so much to us that you helped us make our dreams come true while being a very real person, who's not just superficial and full of empty promises. Your integrity really speaks for itself.On a side note - the real estate industry was a lot tougher than we expected, and having never sold a home before, we were enchanted by how seemingly easy all the home flippers and "become the next real estate MILLIONAIRE" programs make the process seem. That's the very artificial version of what it was REALLY like. Thank God that Jody knew very well that our expectations were over-reaching and didn't mind being blunt with us and tellings us so. It helped "screw our heads on straight" so thanks for that too! Those are the services that really makes a realtor different from someone who just sells a house. She took care of everything - getting us listed in dozens of places, sites, newspaper, Patch.com, signage, open houses, staging, lawyers, permits, and about a dozen other moving pieces to the whole process. Jody delivered above and beyond and for that reason I would recommend her to anyone looking to sell or buy in her area and would use her again if given the opportunity.
