A family friend of mine referred Sophie to me and I felt lucky to have Sophie as my buyer agent. As a first-time home buyer, I always had tons of questions and Sophie always responded my messages quickly and professionally and make sure I did not get confused. Before we started looking for property, Sophie set up a meeting and explained the whole home purchase process to make sure I am fully educated and being confident to purchase a home, which is very helpful and made the purchasing process smoothly. She even helped me find properties that I might be interested in whenever I was busy and didnt get a chance to take a deep look through properties. Moreover, the team behind her is also supportive and knowledgeable. They looked through the property inspection reports carefully and inform you anything that you need to be aware of (ex: even about the rental policy for condo). During the bidding, due to her great relationship with listing agent, the process went through smoothly and we got a really good deal (way lower than I expected)! I would definitely recommend Sophie to anyone who wants to purchase a home.

Sophie helped us buy a lovely SFH in Birdland area in Sunnyvale. She knocked on our door when we were renting and considering a home purchase in September 2018. She found us a loan agent and estimated the price range for the houses we can buy. We then went to see more than 50 houses over 8 weekends throughout the Sunnyvale area. Before each weekend, she would send over candidate houses and we would narrow down a few that we are interested in. On our way to the house visit, she would brief us on interesting features of the house, so our visits are often very productive and efficient. Her team took careful look at home inspection reports to notify us of important issues. During bidding, her extensive contacts and close relationships with many seller agents give us good insights into the seller's price range. Throughout the process, we found Sophie super knowledgeable, professional, friendly and helpful! We have recommended Sophie to 3 of our friends, and they've all found Sophie a great agent to work with!
