First time Texas home buyer here. Positive: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness Words aren't enough to state what an extraordinary job Brendan has done to help find us our very first home, that also during difficult COVID crisis. Right from our first call, he has held our hands and guided us on this puzzling yet exciting journey. As first time home buyers both my husband and myself had a lot of questions, doubts and reservations. What increased our anxiety was, we were buying an investment property/house in a different state, where we couldn't travel frequently due to COVID and job responsibilities. Brendan spent a lot of time getting to know us and what we were looking for. While he was doing his research for our perfect home, he kept us in the loop at all times with texts and emails. After doing a thorough job and sorting and eliminating different properties, he came up with a brand new home for us that checked off all our boxes. We didn't even need to look for other options. We went for our initial walkthrough and of course Brendan was there with us and guiding us. On our closing day, which we had to do remotely, Brendan did the final walk through with us over facetime and took the home keys in his possession upon our request. Being a perfectionist himself, he pointed out a few little things in the house that needed to be further addressed. He made sure those items were addressed and sent us photos. Brendan also provided us with a concierge service that helped us set up utilities. He also introduced us to a property management company that could manage the property for us. Throughout out journey, Brendan was very patient and extremely professional. We cannot think of a single detail that Brendan missed out on. Even after closing, Brendan kept in touch us just to make sure we were happy and comfortable and making progress to find a good renter for our home. We highly recommend Brendan Sanford to help you find your perfect home.
