We chose Wendy because of her extensive experience listing homes in the Chaparral Pines community. There is a reason that she has the most homes for sale. She has invested her time and money building a great process, team, and business model. She was very respectful of our time and desired process and efficient in getting us comps and was very candid about where our home sat in the competitive pool of homes available, and based on our timeframe, the appropriate listing price. Through the process of listing, which was done quickly and had beautiful professionally taken pictures and professionally printed brochures, to the weekly feedback she gave on people touring the home, everything was very top shelf. In the end, we decided to price aggressively to meet our timeline and the home was under contract in less than two months, with a smooth sales process. The fact that the home didn't sell too quickly, as in the first week or two, but also didn't linger on the market for too long, meant that she had advised us properly on a fair sales price, which is always the risk with agents who wish to either underprice a home for a quick easy sell, or overprice it to appease our sense of value, but then the home lingers for too long and has to go through many rounds of reductions. Instead, I feel that it was done perfectly, which is one of the best compliments I can give an agent, of which we've had many. If I had another home in Payson to sell, she would absolutely get the listing and I would recommend her to anyone in Payson looking to sell.

WOW, she is GOOD!!!I gave Kayla what I thought to be an impossible house to find. I was certain that I would never be able the find the house I wanted, in the area I wanted, while staying in the price range. I had been looking to buy a house for almost 2 years. Before Kayla found my Dreamhouse. Some of the impossible tasks. I asked of Kaylas were a 3+car garage, lots of windows, newly remodeled with a fully fenced yard. Within a couple of weeks, Kayla had found the house. Plus so MUCH more, than I thought was possible. Kayla was on top of her game. The day the house became available, Kayla had already scheduled one of the first showings of the day. I was amazed by what she had found. Kayla also took the time to show me around Payson, and what it had to offer. As a first-time homebuyer, I became stressed or worried a lot!!!! Kayla was always just a call away to help ease or calm my mind and worries. If you are looking for your dream home/new property and want someone that will go above and beyond. I would only recommend Kayla. She knows her job and does it extremely well. I promise you will not regret working with Kayla.
