It was an absolute pleasure to work with Veronica for the entire process. We reached out to her over a year before buying our home, and she stuck with us and was communicative and supportive the entire time. When we finally started looking at homes, there wasn't a single instance of us asking for her to be available, and her saying she couldn't make it.
