We chose Rhoda to help us purchase a house based on high recommendations from friends who used her to buy and sell their house. They keep going on and on about how good she was. Rhoda could not have been any better in helping us look for and buy a house. She totally sets the bar on what every other realtor should strive to become (and changed the stereotype we had of realtors). She was so accessible that we felt like we were her only clients. We received a response from her every time we reached out, updates late at night, weekends, and mornings. She listened to what we wanted and didn't want in a house, educated us on what to look for in each of the houses we went through (it was so easy to put your buying blinders on that you miss things). Since we had only bought one other house, we weren't sure of the next steps to take. Rhoda walked us through EVERYTHING from getting multiple banks to bid for the loan (even contacting one loan agent on weekends to facilitate processing), scheduling an inspector, advised us on Radon testing and how important it was as well as getting someone from her vast network of contractors to estimate repairs while we finalized the deal. There was never any delays in getting contracts to and from us, she even fought to get us money back for repairs that I totally wasn't expecting the sellers to go for. Since it costs you nothing to buy a house using a realtor you cannot afford to miss out on working with someone who does this for a living and has the history backing her up. Something that I remember her repeating over and over is "I want you to love your house", and I will tell you 100%, we do!

I am not sure that there is anyone more equipped, professional and helpful than our wonderful realtor, Rhoda Gazda. We have experienced nothing but the best in our numerous home ventures with Rhoda. Her knowledge of homes and the purchasing process was clear. Her ability to engage with both sides of the process in a fair and helpful manner was constantly displayed. Her work ethic and patience towards both buyer and seller as well was astounding. I could not recommend Rhoda high enough, but am so grateful for each and every moment in the process with her as she not only educated us but also was willing to go out of her way to make sure we were able to get into a house we loved.
