This is the third house we have sold, but none has been as smooth as this one. Diane Lucas and her team did an outstanding. Diane met with us to stage the house and was full of positive ideas about staging that would attract buyers. She was so right. The house was on the market only for 11 days. But she wasnt the only Lucas team member that made a difference. We first met with Rich Lucas who explained all the ins and outs about real estate contracts. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and answered all our questions about the process. He also told us about his team members. And what a team. Rachel did the listing, with all the outstanding computer pictures and postings. Kristy held open house sessions at our house, and even chased down a potential buyer who was looking at a house next door, who ended up buying our house. Hows that for chasing down buyers. Beth handled the closing and kept me posted on all the forms I needed to do. Diane did all the contract work and negotiations, and kept the whole process moving forward. This was a great team of professionals to work with and I will miss them. If I ever buy another house or sell one, I definitely will get in touch with this team.
