We live in Pa and purchased a second home in Florida. Christine was amazing throughout the total experience! She quickly got a feel for the type of home we were looking for and on day two of our search, she nailed it finding the perfect place! She is one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I have ever met. She personalizes the experience feeling more like your friend versus your agent. Protecting our best interest was always a priority. She helped guide us when the seller had requests, making sure we were making the right decision to protect ourselves. She deserves 10 stars for responsiveness. My husband and I were amazed on how quickly she responded and her follow through is spot on all the time. She also sold our condo and once again impressed us with her professionalism and effective communication with always keeping us in the loop even though we were 1000 miles away! If we ever decide to sell or buy real estate in the future, she is and will always be our agent of choice!!! She made a typically stressful experience very enjoyable and stress free because we knew she was always one step ahead and had our backs! She gets the job done and I highly recommend her! Ive known Christine for a long time so I when I did not hesitate for a second to ask her for help with buying our house in Tampa. Above all, she is trustworthy and will always do what is best for you and out your interest above anything else. She is capable of handling many things at one and does them sonthat nothing gets missed, a skill that is hard to master!! She is one of the most reliable people I know, always on time, and always thinks ahead to make sure all details are taken care of. We were coming to Florida from California and Christine went out of her way to accommodate our needs, even doing showings for us by video calls. She lined up our schedule with an efficient tour of houses and we only searched for a few weeks before putting in an offer. She communicated seamlessly on our behalf and everything went smoothly, which is rare in the real estate business!!
