Kelly and David are great! I moved out of state for a new job and had to list to my house at the worst possible time - the holidays. My house was empty for some time and they went over frequently to make sure everything was ok. They arranged for services such as carpet and house cleaning, and then went to the house to let workers in. Kelly and David were always readily available through phone, email and texting, responding quickly to my questions and concerns. I trusted them to watch out for my home while it was empty and they did just that. When the offer came in, Kelly made sure to negotiate a fair price. The offer came in low and we countered with a fair price. The buyers came back with a low price again and Kelly kindly told them that we were firm on our price. The buyers relented and agreed to the fair price she presented. Throughout the escrow process Kelly and David stood with me, walking me through the complicated process with ease. Their knowledge of the industry is extensive. I understood what was happening at all times even though I was in another state. They are community minded and generous. When I mentioned that I would be hiring a company to haul off my large appliances, Kelly let me know of a family that was in need of a refrigerator and a washer and dryer. I was happy to donate the items and David picked up the items and delivered them to this family at his own expense. Kelly and David are honest, trustworthy, responsible and kind. If you are looking for a realtor in Austin, there is no other choice.
