If you are interested in purchasing a house in this chaotic time, look no further. I have had a few agents in the past year, then Simi Lakhani stepped in with her knowledge, patience, and most of all providing hope. When you attend an Open House and 85 people show up to bid on it, it?s not too promising especially wanting to use a VA loan. There were times my wife and I were ready to give up and Simi would encourage us to hang in there, we?ll find the right house. I can say quite a bit about her, meanwhile I do want to give a shout out to her Team, Alexis Hillengas and Gareth Swift. Excellent people all around to work with?period. Communication is awesome whether text, email, phone calls, and in person. All three are very polite, patient, and professional. Highly recommend Simi and her team. Thank you so much, we found our home, negotiated, and closed. We did it!!!
