Margo helped us buy our first home. A couple of things I find outstanding about her are: 1. When we were interested in a property she sat down with the listing agent to write out offer. Before this she talked to us in private to understand if we really want it or are we in a hurry. 2. One of the property we were looking at was having some problem(a potential foreclosure), she dig-ed out more info about it, talked to the listing agent to understand what is happening. She also brought in one of her lawyer friend to check about it. Later we decided to let go. 3. The property we brought is a new construction. So while our house was being constructed she was in touch with us. She used to come to the site every other week to unlock the house for us just so we know whats happening inside.Over all I think her customer service, communication, follow up and closing communications was key for us to rate her very impressive
