I met April through my previous place of work. Ever since I have met her I have always said aEURoeShes going to sell my house when we are readyaEUR?. We have been ready for years, but had some unfinished projects and didnt think the time was right. Everything happens for a reason, and my husband lost his job. We knew the only way to keep our home from going into foreclosure was to sell it. We called April the day he lost his job. She came out that Saturday, sat down with us and we came up with a plan. After everything was planned out she reached out to investors before listing our home in MLS. Our house was never listed on MLS. We had an offer and were under contract in less than 4 days.
