If I could give Sally 100 stars I would! Let me start by saying that I have purchased a house before and my experience with the realtor at that time was less than par. But Sally completely blew it out of the park! She is incredibly knowledgeable, has several years of experience, and she does everything in the best interest of the client (buyer in my case). I had no prior connection to Sally. She was the realtor who Zillow contacted to have show me a house. I decided to work with her because she seemed very "in-the-know" and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. Sally was so communicative with my Husband and I and ALWAYS responded to our calls, texts, and emails! She went above and beyond when we needed help finding contractors for repairs on the house we were purchasing, and even came to the house and stood by (on a few occasions!) while contractors gathered estimates because I was unable to be there due to last minute work commitments! At the completion of the home purchase, Sally, on her own accord, helped advertise the townhouse we were previously renting so that it would be rented sooner! Again, this was done after we signed title and had moved into our new home. She had no obligation to us at that time, but I think that speaks HUGE volume to the type of person she is and the incredible service she provides! I know we will be recommending Sally to all of our friends trying to buy a house in the Virginia Beach area!
