Before I had signed a contract with Brian, he offered to come over to see my property and give me some ideas on how I could make the house more marketable. He spent an hour and a half of his time showing me what simple and inexpensive changes could be made to help the property sell. My house had been on the market previously for 15 months. Brian felt confident about selling the property. He had studied the prices of other similar houses in the area and was able to help me decide on a fair and marketable price.He knew the gated community in which my house was located very well having sold several houses there within a very short time span. Brian was always available for me to reach when I had any concerns or questions.Brian was not my realtor for very long because my house sold about five weeks after I signed a contract with him. The buyers had a list of items they wanted corrected prior to closing, but Brian was able to work out an agreement so that the buyers could have the changes made after closing with money I gave them.Brian did an excellent job and deserves five stars!Marcia H Trenchard
