We have had several different real estate agents through the years, but Tina Luft was head and shoulders above them all. We could text or call her with questions and she would answer immediately. If she did not know the answer she said she would find out. And she always did.Tina was spot on with her market analysis of the selling price for our property. She was also willing to listen to us when we wanted to tack on a little wiggle room, in anticipation of a low ball offer. When it came time to negotiate with the prospective buyers, she made suggestions based on her experience, but the counter offers where made according to our wishes. When there were rough patches during the process Tina was always are-assuring voice of reason.We will recommend Tina Luft to anyone looking for a real estate agent at any opportunity.
