We have lived in Nashville for the past 12 years. We decided to move back to Ohio, that's 500 miles away. Kate worked extremely hard for us and it wasn't easy. Limited inventory. Sadly, less than professional photography seems to be the standard in this market making it much more difficult to find a home that we were even interested in. Kate never gave up and never seemed aggravated at my repeated texts with questions. She accommodated my request to let a good friend of mine walk through for another set of eyes. When we decided to make our offer, we found a potential issue and we had to modify our offer. Kate listened to our concerns and presented them to the owner's agent, and it was accepted. 90 days, that's how long it took to find a home and make an offer.
