I never valued a realtor that much because at the end of the day, I just want to buy/sell a home, and all realtors are the same, right? WRONG. Andrew worked with me for about 6 months, asking me what my home requirements were, and which neighborhood I was willing to move to, and the price. He truly understood my needs and concerns. He worked for me off-hours, as well as when he was on vacation! Very responsive, and walked me through the search and the purchase. When it came to the purchase of a home, he helped me with setting up escrow and paperwork, and made everything really efficient and quick for me. Now in closing on the property is where he really earned his money with me. The home had so many issues (new build), and he acted as the middle man to get it all fixed pre and post close. Also helps that he got me a really good price UNDER asking. He just made my life so much easier in getting my home, and I'll forever be thankful to this guy. Can't recommend him enough if you're looking for an agent to find you a home and just make everything seamless.

HANDS DOWN THE KATO GROUP HAS SOME OF MOST COMPETENT AND PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES IN THE INDUSTRY!! I will admit when I first worked with them I was hesitate and doubtful that they would be able to help me. Like most other realtors I figured they were shady and trying to rip me off to make a buck. That was definitely not the case. Not only were they on point, but they consistently followed up and kept me motivated throughout my search. Noel Hernandez was awesome from the start and linked me up with her partner Ray Miramontes. When I finally found the home that I loved, I was competing with multiple potential buyers for the same home! I felt like I was part of the Hunger Games trying to survive! But Rays assertive and aggressive strategy made the odds in my favor!!!! I LOVE MY HOME!!! Til this day, Ray still answers questions for me. Oh, and their boss Scott is cool too!! (Scott you need to give Ray & Noel a raise!)
