My partner and I moved to LA from Austin and were shocked at the state of the housing market and how much different it is than Austin. Thankfully we had super agents Krista Herzog and Jim Crotwell to help guide us through some of the insanity and purchase a great home here in LA. They took great care of us, really understood the market, and fought for us every step of the way. Our lending situation made us the underdog amongst other buyers, but were super thankful to have great agents that had the patience and determination to get us a winning offer on a house we love (which was only the beginning). After finally getting a winning offer on the house, it came with no shortage of contingencies that seemed to make the timeline very difficult if not impossible. There was literally no room for error as error would push the budget and possibly affect our ability to close. I cant thank Krista, Jim and Sarah Bogy enough for their attention to detail in ensuring we moved through the entire process at full speed. Plain and simple, there was a ton to do, but the deal was worked like it had been done a million times. If only our first home purchase wouldve gone as easy as this! Ultimately, it was crazy at times, but everything got done and on time with outstanding customer service to boot. I can say with complete confidence that I would highly recommend these Realtors and anyone at the Kato Group. They are now like family to us and whether you are buying or selling they are the best.
