Bryan was recommended to us by one of our close friends. We are first time home buyers and were incredibly nervous about the entire process after from hearing from friends and family how stressful purchasing a home can be. BUT! Bryan truly is a one-stop shop and has made buying a home easy. Bryan makes it clear that hes there to support us and our decisions. I'm very particular about my decisions and research so I like to be as thorough as possible with all my questions, and Bryan has went above and beyond to manage my expectations. Bryan understood our taste when looking at resales and was there to show us every home and did his homework beforehand and was able to answer every question we had. If he didnt have the answer he would come back to us with more details following our appointments same day, which was important to me given the fast-paced world we live in today. We regret not immediately starting this process with Bryan, but as they say everything happens for a reason and with Bryans can-do attitude and outstanding service we were able to close on our beautiful home without a single hiccup. Even beyond the house purchase he has not once made us feel abandoned and although we may outgrow our home we are glad to have made a friend in this process who we know we can go to when were ready to purchase our next home!

Working with Bryan was an absolute delight! We worked with him when purchasing our first home and again when we were selling our condo.As first time buyers we were lost and really didnt know what we were getting ourselves into.
