Denise was extremely nice and professional. From my first visit with Denise she walked me through the steps i would need to take gave me a contact number at my bank to talk to. She listened to what we needed and began showing us houses we were interested in right away. She very quickly picked up on what we liked and what we didn't and showed us homes we would be interested in. We ended up buying the third house we looked at. While showing us houses she was so patient as we looked (as our kids looked along with my toddler nephew at the time) and always answered any and all questions that any of us had including my nephews! She gave us suggestions on a home inspector and even offered to meet him at the house while we were working. When we were undecided on two different houses she took the time to show us the houses a second time. When we put an offer on the house and included things to be fixed before we purchased she was on top of everything! She made sure everything was addressed and in a very timely matter. I would recommend Denise to anyone, she knows her stuff and made a usually crazy, hectic, and time consuming experience so pleasant and easy! We have been in our house for four years and Denise still keeps in touch. She will definitely be the one we call if we were ever to sell and/or purchase a different home.
