I recently bought two rental properties in Albuquerque through the K2 Realty Team- a duplex in the University area and a house in the S Y Jackson neighborhood. I am an out of state investor who owns twenty six properties in eleven states and Japan. I have never physically set foot in New Mexico, but Kristina and Kiki's guidance, knowledge, and work ethic put me at ease throughout the buying process. In addition to a local knowledge of the Albuquerque real estate market, Kristina added value-added perks such as recommending a property manager, contractor for repairs, and even referred a possible tenant for the S Y Jackson house before escrow was closed. During this summer when one of the units in the duplex by the university went vacant, Kristina saw my post on Facebook and instantly shared it on her news feed just in case anyone in her extensive network is looking for a rental in the area- there really is no limit in the extra steps she and Kiki will take before, during, and after each real estate transaction to go above and beyond for their clients. All questions were always answered promptly and they did me the favor of being my eyes and ears and showing up at each initial walkthrough, inspection, and final walkthrough as I was not physically in Albuquerque. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for any real estate needs in the Albuquerque metro area.
