We definitely and without a doubt recommend Neida. She helped us from the beginning stages of trying to decide whether we wanted to purchase land and build to closing on our property. Neida was very professional, patient and knowledable. She went out of her way to show us homes sometimes multiple times until we were satisfied. She explained all the pros and cons with each property we looked at and even provided us the comparison between the ones we were considering. Prior to going to the properties she gathered detailed information so that we had suffient information once we arrived. She was very knowledgable in the details of submitting an offer to the very end of the process in closing. She was always responsive in returning our calls and following up on questions. She advised us on the negotiations and even assisted in the process of the inspections once our offer was asccepted. She offered lender information and recommendations when we ran into an issue. We can not express how easy she made this experience. Neida's expertises exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond in providing us a professional and outstanding service. Definitely would recommend her to anyone looking for real estate options.

I was given several names of agents who were highly recommended from a website. Each of the agents reached out to me via email. Neida Clark called not once but twice to make contact. She showed she had the follow thru which were seeking She Is personable, professional and attentive in her business. She showed up for our meeting ready to go to work. She had obviously done her homework and brought comparables and market research with her. She listed our home one day scheduled 6 appointments to show it the next day and two the following day. We had a total of five offers and she brought them all to the table professionally. She kept us informed throughout the process regarding next steps and what to expect We couldnt have been more pleased with her service and would highly recommend her to others
