Quick back story, we were looking to relocate from Southern California to the Redding area without knowing anyone who could assist us up here. Home shopping over the internet can be a very risky endeavor, pictures can be edited and faults hidden from view. We were also concerned that we wouldn't receive the same service as those who already live in the area and would be treated as outsiders.... Pure luck brought us to Bryan Chamberlin and we are so happy it did! We had been looking at properties since January and we had narrowed it down to two, we were just waiting on a job offer before deciding. Fate made the decision for us when one was sold and we didn't want to lose our second choice; it was late but we hit the "Contact Agent" button and received a call from Bryan the next morning. From that first call, Bryan was amazing! He went to the property and videoed everything; the drive up to the house, all of the features of the home, opened and closed windows/doors and walked the property so we could get a good feel for it without actually being there ourselves. He was able to get answers to all of our questions about the home and always responded quickly. We were still nervous about putting in an offer without actually seeing the home in person but Bryan was able to negotiate an acceptable ernest money deposit, so the bid went in. My husband was flying to Redding to sign paperwork for the new job and would have one day free to see the property; Bryan arranged to have a home, septic and pest inspection on that specific day so my husband could be there and walk through it all with them. Right then my husband knew it was the right house for us and Bryan was the right Realtor! Everything quickly fell into place; once our offer was accepted, escrow started and we had 45 days to close up house in So. Cal. and start our new lives in Palo Cedro. Bryan didn't stop helping us once the house closed; He did our final walk-thru for closing since we were still in So. Cal...when we finally arrived in town he met us at the house to give us the keys, champagne, lemonade for the kids and even a bottle of local beer to celebrate the new house! He also helped us find extra hands to unload the moving truck, gave me a list of utility companies to make setting everything up easier and still continues to assist us with various needs as they arise. Bryan is a wonderful Realtor, we wouldn't be in our home if it wasn't for his knowledge, consideration and tenacity. Thank you!

Bryan helped my wife and I during our search for our first home. He was always available for questions and willing to show us homes. When we finally found the home we wanted, there were several road blocks preventing us from smoothly purchasing the home. Bryan went above and beyond during this time to help us make sure every issue was taken care of. He was able to negotiate a new roof into the contract, ensured the well was working properly, personally disinfected the well for us (including testing the water with the city to ensure it was safe), helped us revise our loan from USDA to FHA last minute and arranged a notary to meet with us in his office and sign paperwork so we could move in on time. As first time home buyers, we had no clue what to do at times and Bryan was there every step of the way to help us out. He had nothing but the best intentions for us and was not afraid to tell us the truth. Since buying the home, Bryan has reached out to us several times to see how we were doing and ensure we were happy as new home owners. We are grateful for everything he did for us and would highly recommend using him if you are looking to buy or sell a home. You will not be disappointed.
