We found Samantha through wonderful reviews by others, and I'm so glad we chose to work with her! Though it took us 6 months to find our home, Samantha was incredibly patient and friendly, and supported us by giving us so much valuable information about the housing market, negotiating prices & house bids, resale value and rental potential, and house maintenance costs and updates, which helped us make the best decisions for us without pressuring us one way or another. She always responded quickly to our messages and phone calls. We drove by houses we were interested in, and then she accompanied us at showings, where she helped us save time by having extensive knowledge of what inspectors are looking for, including technical things like roofing, insulation, heating systems, and basement sealing. She explained everything clearly about house buying, answered our never-ending questions, and gave us no-pressure recommendations to contractors, mortgage lenders, cleaners, legal services, and inspectors, many of which we used and found to be excellent. During multiple price negotiations, she gave us excellent information to give us the best chance we could to win a bid and determine what we felt comfortable with, answering our questions without pressuring us to do anything.When our bank was being unresponsive during a deadline, Samantha dealt with all communication with them, and kept us and the sellers informed. She made an extremely stressful situation manageable for us, and I am so grateful. She also helped us negotiate out of a tricky failed house contract, which was critical for us.I will confidently recommend Samantha to family and friends!
